php版本，支持国密SM2的签名算法，非对称加解密，SM3的hash, SM4的对称加解密

基于PHP-ECC,也支持其他的椭圆算法的，依赖比较多，如果只想要简单的 sm2相关的签名，加密，可以使用本版本的简化版 https://github.com/lpilp/simplesm2
