天气接口返回的数据减少了以及后台更新问题 #5

1.像aqi等一些数据很多城市都没有了，其次预报也只有3天了。。。

2.后台更新将数据存在SharedPreferences里面，但是每次只有oncreate的时候才会读取数据，按照现在手机驻留app的能力，可能更新的效果会很弱。
