Support forwarding unhandledrejection events to UncaughtExceptionHandler? #15

This would be a new feature, but seems in line with how other errors are handled by the uncaught exception handler.

A sample of how this could look (and discussion around a bug presently in GWT2.9 that would limit the functionality of this) is at https://github.com/vertispan/unhandled-promise-rejection
