It would be handy if video bookmarks could be created from (and maybe even edited as) a plaintext list of timestamps, e.g.

Currently, moving a misplaced chapter mark by few seconds involves completelty removing the bookmark, jumping to the correct positon and adding a new bookmark. This task would be easier if timestamps of existing bookmarks could be changed.
Another advantage of having such a plaintext bookmarks editor is that (manually) importing chapters from YouTube videos would be very easy because chapters are created on YouTube by having such a plaintext list of timestamps in the video description.
