Single Choice Set - Moodle Activity Completion Status

We have a moodle in version 4.1.10 (Build: 20240422).

In the system we use the H5P content type Single Choice Set in version 1.11.43.

In addition to the Single Choice Set, we also use other content types and the configuration of the grades and the associated completion in Moodle works without any problems.

With the Single Choice Set, the participant can complete the content 100% correctly and also receives the information from H5P that they have passed, but the activity in Moodle is not marked as completed. It seems as if the grade from H5P is not correctly transmitted to moodle.

Example: Single choice set with 5 questions

• 5 questions with 2 answers each, one of which is always correct
• Enclosed are the assessment and completion settings of the Moodle activity
