Dependency

Overview

We need to update package versions for security and speed.

Action Items

  • update django to 4.2.x since .2 is the stable release that receives fixes for a longer period (we are at 4.0)

Resources/Instructions

This shouldn't take much time after #178 is implemented. Poetry will automatically find the latest for everything except python.
