Prerequisites

.NET 5.0 Desktop Runtime

General Usage

  1. Download the application from the Releases page.

Note: Publish.zip is for the GUI application, while the Publish-Console.zip is for console usage.

  1. Start up Thumbnail Generator.exe.
  2. Choose a directory.
  3. Choose the appropriate settings for your needs.
  4. Press start and wait.
  5. The application will automatically generate thumbnails and place them in correct directories.
  • Please be aware that if the Clear Icon Cache option is checked, Windows Explorer will be restarted. Please save your work before proceeding!
