Our version of the flag of Jersey (f1cdf09) is more accurate than what is on Wiki Commons. Namely, our version fixes clipping issues with the SVG on Wiki Commons (stripes leaking outside of the flag):

Contribute these changes back to Wiki Commons. I welcome anyone to make these changes, but I'll get to it eventually if no one else helps.
