如题，goInception 是否能增加gh-ost的参数attempt-instant-ddl，MySQL 8.0执行ddl时首先尝试INSTANT DDL算法

gh-ost v1.1.6 版本已实现该功能，但goInception并未集成该控制参数

不满足要求的话，可以看下我fork的分支，添加了这个参数
