Validator circular dependency issue

If you have a profile A with .contained restricted to a child profile B of profle A the validator can't create the snapshot:

Error @ StructureDefinition: Error generating Snapshot: Circular snapshot references detected; cannot generate snapshot (stack = [http://example.org/StructureDefinition/MyPatient]) (this usually arises from a problem in the differential)
