I think Weblate is better as it's opensource.

I'd rather not have to pay or self-host a platform just for translation. Translators just have to replace strings in XML files to add a new language. I plan to write a guide explaining the whole process. Maybe there are also user-friendly offline editors aiming to make it more intuitive.

Weblate offers free/libre plan for foss projects.
