latest 0.4 dvbapi not working on my F-MST

tv restarts when its inserted see the log maybe you can see something is wrong

Log shows failed on hooks
In Makefile when choosing the F-MST version, symbols were taken from the F version.

take the actual master or download release v0.4.1

ok now oscam starts ok no tv restart
but when I change the crypted channel and oscam wants to decode tv restarts it self again

now I have this when it tries to decode tv restarts when tv is on fta channel no restart
but I had no picture on crypted channel
