Problem shrinking HTML preview panel

Hello,

I’m having the following problem: When I have opened the live HTML preview panel, I can make it bigger as much as I want, the problem is when I’m shrinking it, I have to do it slowly; if not, it behaves as I release the mouse button and stops to resize the panel.

I've done the same with different panels and it doesn't happen.
