Atom 1.28 not linking to CSS.

Actually, I had the same issue in Brackets.
Brand new coder. Just started two days ago.
Please look at my code.
What am I doing wrong?

Not too sure but maybe try replacing the backslash with a forward slash in your link tag? Like so;
<link rel "stylesheet" href="/Atom Project/main.css">
