As stated, this extension highlights all the boxes that compose your website's HTML, I think it would be bananas if you could add it to atom-HTML-preview. I would do it now, but I don't know how "YET"!! I think it's simple enough that someone more proficient could get it done, and everyone could enjoy it sooner than I could deliver it to the community.

If you really want this implemented, you should edit the title of the issue to show what you're asking. Then, give more detail in the comment.
