The organization of section 6 made it a little bit confusing to read the first time. Specifically there were a couple of theoretical concepts that were explained after they were reference a few times before. For example, the full explanation for dynamic and static graphs is in 6.4.4.2, but section 6.3.7 and 6.2 use those concepts a fair bit. Maybe moving section 6.4 to the beginning of the chapter would help.
