CloudWatch metrics for Lambda Event Source Mappings

AWS Lambda announces new Amazon CloudWatch metrics for Lambda Event Source Mappings (ESMs), which provide customers visibility into the processing state of events read by ESMs that subscribe to Amazon SQS, Amazon Kinesis, and Amazon DynamoDB event sources.
