Support Account Resource Limits

Hi there,

Are there any plans to support account resource limits like max_user_connections when using the mysql_user resource?

It seems as a workaround that these can be added to the end of the existing tls_option option, e.g.

tls_options = "SSL WITH MAX_USER_CONNECTIONS 10"

but it would be nice to have more native support.
