User name may be mangled if not ASCII

Hello,

My name, Laurent René de Cotret, is mangled on the https://hackage.haskell.org/user/LaurentRDC page. See below:

I tried changing changing the representation of my name under https://hackage.haskell.org/user/LaurentRDC/name-contact, but my name was immediately mangled. This suggests to me that the problem is in the initial encoding, rather than the display of the name.

I am happy to contribute a patch to fix this (although I might need some direction!), but I wanted to report it first.
