Hi,

requesting a token is not working anymore.
Twitter changed response protocol version to HTTP 2.0.

Error message:

Response: nil for POST https://api.twitter.com/oauth/request_token
twittering-oauth-get-access-token: Failed to retrieve a request token

twittering-make-header-info-alist must be fixed.
