Example should save an MP4 into /tmp and print out the path Doesn't shutdown properly for some reason
Uses parecord, which seems to work only when `audio_realtime` is launched and running Save video with a given name in the current working directory
This script seems to only work when audio_realtime is NOT running (because that code holds onto the mic devices)

Example should save an MP4 into /tmp and print out the path. Pretty messy. Just opening the PR so the branch doesn't go ignored.
