Hello,

I was using gemBS v3.2.10 and I realized that bisulfite conversion rates for some of the samples were missing from the mapping report. I updated to the version 3.3.0 but they are still missing? Have you ever encountered such an issue?

You can find the report pages and mapping json files in the attached report.zip file if you need them.

Since some of the samples have the conversion rate reported, I would assume I have configured the control sequences correctly. So the problem must be low number of reads mapping to the control sequences and we should spike-in more controls in the future libraries. How many reads would be needed to get a result?

Thanks,
Bekir
