Dependencies are too heavyweight

A (prefix)_common package is usually intended to require mininmal dependencies and provide a basic model of the robot or component in question. This currently is not the case for this repo. Instead, the contained packages partly depend on different other packages that are not required for using basic model data.

Ok, so with the https://github.com/hector-humanoid/thor_vt_hand_common/tree/thormang3 branch this has been done. Merging into master will likely happen at a later date.
