I'm able to get a list of the pids/parent pids/etc for each process, but I was wondering if there was also a way to get the CPU % that each pid is using.

No, not at the moment, so I had created the #106 issue to track missing parts.

Is there anything else you need except for cpu percentage? There is a lot to implement, so at least we could prioritize some tasks.

CPU usage the main one, though it'd be nice to then later add other usage stats like memory usage.
