Describe the problem
Would like a persistent docker container that can remain deployed, but runs at a pre-scheduled interval.

Describe any solutions you think might work
Support for a docker environment variable of "RUNTIME" (or something similar) that tells the container what time to run the script on a daily interval. Optionally, support an "INTERVAL" (or similar) variable to support daily, weekly, or monthly.

Additional context
Might benefit from a formal dockerhub image as well.
