[Question] Chrome is 'reinstalling' every browser extension every time I run it on a different computer. Would anyone know why it does it and how do I stop the behavior?

For no reason chrome and chromium encrypt profile with SID key from windows. Just use hook from chrome-plus project (binary here) and chromium will become fully portable. After installing hook you will be need to create new profile.
