request for example of crossSystem building with flake-parts

I have a flake-parts Flake, am working on x86-64 Linux, and would like to cross compile an aarch64 Linux Docker image.

It seems the common Nix documentation for using crossSystem, i.e. https://discourse.nixos.org/t/cross-compiling-docker-images-with-flakes/25716/4?u=peterbecich ,
needs some additional understanding to work with flake-parts.

Would you provide this example?

Will this use boot.binfmt.emulatedSystems?

Maybe something like

   packages.dockerImageServerArm = pkgs.pkgsCross.aarch64-multiplatform.dockerTools.buildImage {
   ...
   }
