Upon discussion with Charles, I have realised the bubble template can be substantially simplified by new CMS features described in hestiaAI/clients/issues/24 and hestiaAI/clients/issues/54 - this is a better approach - empower the CMS-user to do all the text/config AFTER very basic dev setup.

Nonetheless there are still some small improvements I can do even before those are implemented, so I will have a go.

Have reviewed this, I think Valentin's new template is good. Unless @foucault-dumas thinks anything is required urgently I recommend we put this back on hold and take another look after the CMS work hestiaAI/clients/issues/72 is done.
