Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the existing issues.

Current Behavior

When we click on the "reset all" button nothing happens.

Expected Behavior

It should clear all filters.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to any Twitter experience
Go to Overview Tab
Click on one of the graphs to filter data
Click on "Reset All" and see that nothing happens
