server not started when using `--no-browser` #201

The command slack-export-viewer -z . --no-browser --debug is printing the following:

% slack-export-viewer -z . --no-browser --debug
WARNING: DEBUG MODE IS ENABLED!
Archive already extracted. Viewing from /tmp/slack_export...
%

Without --no-browser everything is working as expected:

% slack-export-viewer -z . --debug
WARNING: DEBUG MODE IS ENABLED!
Archive already extracted. Viewing from /tmp/slack_export...
 * Serving Flask app 'slackviewer.app'
...

I'm running v1.4.4.
