I want to read data using the HID OMNIKEY 5427 CK.
Can I use this library for that?

No.
If you read the Readme, it states:
Supported readers
OMNIKEY 5022
OMNIKEY 5023
OMNIKEY 5027
OMNIKEY 5122
OMNIKEY 5422

However, you can just use Keyboard Wedge with the 5427. No need for scripting

for transparent APDU exchange, the PCSC wrapper is useful. Other than that, you may need to look into 5127 software development guide available from HID OMNIKEY technical support.
