Why do you need it?

创建固定地址来源的服务，可否支持对后端地址进行健康检查？

比如说，默认使用TCP进行端口检查，如果后端服务器挂掉，就会踢出服务池。

目前是不支持的。可以考虑用 EnvoyFilter 开启 outlier detection 功能。
