・以前他の方のコメントで出ていた、 streamlinkで放送を遡って取得するオプションを搭載してほしい。--hls-live-restart を加えるだけで、その放送の遡れる限界まで遡って取得してくれます。(超低遅延放送を除く) コメントの処理方法は分かりません。。
