A suggestion:‌ add settings to website root

Hi,
As Contao is multilingual, it's better to move settings from system/settings to website/root. In this case, for every language we can define custom messages.

It's a good idea but unfortunately, we currently don't have any client project, where we have some budget for additional features of the extension. You can provide a PR adding the feature or I can create an offer to you for adding it. If you interested, pls. write me an email.
