[SPIKE] Bun Support #434

The purpose of this spike is to investigate what will need to be changed in order to support scaffolding a happ with bun. Look into:

npm package compatibility with the bun runtime to determine the amount of work needed (if any) to support
how bun scripts can be integrated into the current workflow for other package managers
running bun inside nix
