When I try to try to run the following step:

python manage.py webpack --bundle

I get the below error:

usage: manage.py webpack [-h] [--init-full] [--init-npm] [--dependencies] [--loop]
                         [--build] [--version] [-v {0,1,2,3}] [--settings SETTINGS]
                         [--pythonpath PYTHONPATH] [--traceback] [--no-color]
                         [--force-color] [--skip-checks]
manage.py webpack: error: unrecognized arguments: --bundle

Is this command removed?
