Embroider builds

I don't think this works in Embroider builds, although its not clear to me why Embroider would matter.

I think it's something to do with the ember-raf-scheduler using the old test waiter system?

I think im having the same issue, when i enable a embroider build im getting test failures because the assertions are running before the schedule has finished.
