我用的是美版watch4+lg手机，也出现 不能同步数据到国外服务器 这个问题。解决方式是在三星健康手机端set features里面把CSC和MCC都改成US。不知道国行手表能否使用此方法。这是本人整理的配置过程 在国内使用外版Galaxy Watch
