现象：无法通过 go mod 导入咱这个库
报错提示：go module incompatible but does not contain package
期望：通过 go mod 可以直接导入 obs 库

临时解决方案，缺点是无法支持版本更新

go get github.com/huaweicloud/huaweicloud-sdk-go-obs/obs

估计华为的哥们都去搞鸿蒙了吧，这个项目的规范程度让人堪忧

go都1.20了 这个仓库尽然不支持go.mod 是华为请的毕业生坐的吧
