Use of 'template_redirect' instead of 'send_headers' for setting headers #28

Hi,

I noticed that the 'template_redirect' action hook is being used to set headers, and according to the README this is the recommended way.

Could you please provide some insight into why 'template_redirect' was chosen over 'send_headers' in this context?
