Beta version of software thinks trhe previous version is newer #618

When switching to a beta version, the dashboard display an "Previous version is now available" notice.

Steps to reproduce:

Install/Upgrade to V12 Beta
Log in to the dashboard
Observer the "Altis v11 is now available" notice.

I would not expect to see the upgrade notice.
