Following a recent BOM issue where the artifacts weren't correctly published, it would be nice to automate verification of their publication in https://github.com/hyperledger/besu/blob/main/.github/workflows/draft-release.yml

We already verify the docker artifacts in the workflow and the binaries are verified via burn-in.
