truststore and WSL, mamba, and DOI internal intranet SSL cert issues

In the following environment:

Windows 11
WSL 2 running Ubuntu 22.04
mamba environment manager

By installed truststore in the environment and adding

import truststore 
truststore.inject_into_ssl()

to my app, I was able to fix the SSL certificate issues with self-signed certificates.
