@JungiinChoi I've summarized figures related to inference below; could you share some thoughts on how figures could be improved?

indicated the predicted probability of each state as the size of red circles
=> Indicate predicted probability as a boxplot and connect the average of expected states in one line.
or => connect an average of expected states in one line and plot shaded confidence interval for each t

  • change table 3 into matrix form
  • add table 4 for the maintenance matrix M (similar to table 3)
  • For figure 4,6,7: change notation into math sign eg) Dtr[2,3] to D_{23}
