user story: As a researcher, I need to become aware that the purpose of this website is to share study data, so that I actually get in touch.

possible solutions

menu item "share your data" with font-color: red (same with the mobile hamburger menu)
add CTA buttons "share your data", "add a resource", "add a planned study", "contribute data", ... to every page
jumbotron "share your data" on the front page
...
