Immersive Portals mod is a mod for Minecraft Java Edition that provides see-through portals and seamless teleportation.
With this mod, you can directly walk into the nether portal without any loading screen. Portals can "fold" space and create uneuclidian geometry. The portal can also have rotation transformation and scale transformation.
This mod has a lot of features, including mirrors, dimension stack, world wrapping, scale box wrapping, commands for customizing portals, datapack functionality for customizing portals. See the wiki for more details.
