Allow copying text output of Measurement tools

Measurement tools output precise measurement values, including latitude, longitude, and degree symbol. It will be useful to allow copying the text to the clipboard so they can be pasted to, say Google Earth. Without the ability to copy, we have to enter all those details manually, which takes time and is error-prone.
