Some needed documentation improvements:

Copy goal support
m2e discovery catalog inclusion
Connector versions and their Eclipse compatibility
DEVELOP.md for IDE setup, coding conventions, etc.
RELEASE.md covering versioning, tagging, and p2 site updating
