Adding merge of osm files

Greetings,
Awhile back you mentioned the possibility of adding a merge to combine individual files created by your script. Did you still have any plans to do this? I think it would be a valuable addition since JOSM now combines changesets. This would be especially helpful with the NHD imports. Thanks for all your hard work.

Here is my updated version of osm-merge.sh

If there's a need for this I can add an optional final step in shp-to-osm
that merges the files back together.
