I'm not entirely sure how @phinze set up GitHub pages with this repo before, but we could probably do something like we did for newhavenrb.org.

For what it's worth, I'm preferring ICRuby as the name of the group (instead of IC-Ruby). It's easier for mentions on Twitter, GitHub, etc. I'd like to rename this account and repository to match.

Please let me know if that would be throwing a monkey wrench into the works.
